Yes, however we do not recommend using a desk top deeper than 90cm, Any deeper and the frame will be slightly more liable to tip over.
In terms of weight and depth of the top, as long as it does not exceed the maximum loaded weight of the desk then you can put it on. The standard screws are for 18mm desk-tops but we recommend to check them.
